At The Plant Wellness Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

General Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be new and unused.

  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@theplantwellnessco.com. Be sure to include your order number and list the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Your Label: We will review your request and reply with further instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note that the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

  3. Ship Your Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for ensuring the items arrive back to us in their original, new condition. Attach the provided label and drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds & Reimbursement

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved, you may choose between:

  • A) A full refund to your original method of payment, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

  • B) Store credit for the full value of the item(s), minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to us. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do our best to package every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@theplantwellnessco.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. We will resolve the issue quickly. For an incorrect item, we will send you the correct product and arrange for the return of the wrong item at our expense. For a damaged item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that meet our general return criteria (new, unopened, within 30 days). Here is how the process works:

  1. Request an Exchange: Contact us at hello@theplantwellnessco.com with your original order number and let us know which item you would like to exchange and what you would like to receive instead.

  2. Ship Your Original Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item to us. Please ensure it is packaged securely to prevent damage. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Receive Your New Item: Once we have received and inspected the original item, we will ship your new item to you.
