Getting Started with Your Genesis Kit

 

The Genesis Kit is a complete, soil-first system designed to end the guesswork and restore the health of your garden. Follow these simple steps to ensure your plants get everything they need to thrive.

 

What You'll Need

 

  • A clean garden pump sprayer (1-quart minimum). Do not use a fine-mist setting.

  • Water.

  • (Your kit includes pre-portioned packets for all dry products and a measuring cup for liquids—no scale or personal measuring spoons required!)

 

The 3 Stages of Application

 

Follow these stages in order. If you are starting seeds indoors, begin with Stage 2.

 

Stage 1: Pre-Planting (Soil Prep)

 

  • When: 1 to 7 days before planting.

  • Goal: To create a nutrient-rich environment for your new plants.

  • Products Used: Soil Boost, Fungi Ally, Beneficial BAC, Dr. Kelp, SeaStrength.

  1. Mix: For every 100 sq ft of garden area, mix the specified amount of each of the 5 products into 16 oz of water. (Yes, you can mix them all in the same sprayer!)

  2. Apply: Spray the solution evenly directly onto your garden soil.

  3. Soak: Lightly water the treated soil to help the nutrients soak in.

 

Stage 2: Seed Treatment

 

  • When: No more than 1-2 hours before planting seeds.

  • Goal: To prime your seeds for vigorous growth.

  • Product Used: Seed Start.

  1. Mix: Follow the specific product instructions for mixing Seed Start with water.

  2. Apply: Briefly soak or spray your seeds with the solution before planting.

 

Stage 3: Growing Season (Plant & Soil Nutrition)

 

  • When: Weekly and monthly applications throughout the growing season.

  • Goal: To nourish your plants and soil for a vibrant, resilient garden.

  • Products Used:

    • Monthly: Beneficial BAC, Dr. Kelp, SeaStrength.

    • Weekly: Leaf 30, Sol-Pack.

  1. Mix: Combine the appropriate products for that week/month in 16 oz of water per 100 sq ft.

  2. Apply: Spray the solution directly onto the leaves of your plants (foliar application).

  3. Technique: Lightly coat the leaves, but do not spray to the point of runoff. The goal is a fine layer that the leaves can absorb directly.

 

Key Rules & Pro-Tips

 

  • The Golden Ratio: The standard measurement is 16 oz of water per 100 sq ft of garden area for all applications.

  • Fresh is Best: Once mixed with water, use all products within 24 hours.

  • Timing is Everything: For best results, spray plants in the early morning or late evening when they are most receptive to nutrients. Avoid applying in direct, hot sunlight.

  • Storage: Keep your unmixed products in a cool, dry place between 40°F and 99°F.
